The ADEA Person-Centred Care project aims to assist diabetes educators and other health professionals to understand the benefits of and to adopt health literate, person-centred care practices.

ADEA has developed a number of practical resources to assist Diabetes Educators/Credentialled Diabetes Educators to adopt health literate, person-centred care practices.
